GLP-1 tool

Weigh-in tracker

Daily weight can swing 2 to 4 lb from water and salt alone, so a weekly trend line tells you far more than any single weigh-in.

Clinician review pending Updated

How to use it

  1. Step 1Set your start date and start weight.
  2. Step 2Pick a trial curve to compare with, or none.
  3. Step 3Log a weigh-in each week, at the same time of day.
  4. Step 4Export a CSV now and then as a backup.

Your data stays on this device

Entries are saved only in this browser's local storage. There's no account and nothing is sent to our servers. Clearing your browser data deletes them, so export a CSV from time to time.

How the comparison works

The dashed line applies the average trial result (for example 20.9% at 72 weeks for Zepbound 15 mg in SURMOUNT-1) to your start weight, using the same curve as the projection tool. It's a reference, not a target: in trials, people landed well above and below the average.

Common questions

How often should I weigh myself?

Once a week at the same time and in similar clothes works well. Daily weighing is fine if you watch the weekly average.

Is my weight data private?

Yes. It's stored only in your browser on this device and never sent to us.

Why did my weight go up this week?

Water, salt, constipation and hormones can add a few pounds short term. Look at the trend over 3 to 4 weeks.

Can I move my data to another phone?

Export a CSV on one device. There's no sync, because nothing is stored on a server.
